In the second book of the Court of Thorns and Roses series we find Feyre returned to the spring court after being brought back to life by the High Lords of all the Courts. She is now fae with a bit of each of the courts powers. She is alive, immortal but profoundly unhappy at the cost of her immortality. Set to marry her love, Tamlin, she is plagued by nightmares and the growing despair at having to give one week a month to the terrifying Rhysland, High Lord of the Night Court. As she is going down the aisle to wed Tamlin, Rhysland appears to take her to fulfill her obligation.

Alice and her mother Ella have been on the run from the "bad luck" that seems to follow them wherever they move to and they move around a lot. Then they get a letter telling them that Alice's grandmother Althea has died. Althea wrote a best-selling book "Tales from the Hinterland", a set of bloody Grimm fairytales, tales forbidden for Alice to read - her Mom won't discuss Althea at all with Alice. Now her mother feels comfortable settling down, and gets married.

Michelle Obama's memoir is exactly what one would expect it to be. It is excellent, inspiring, poignant and full of her experiences. I loved the way it was organized and the main theme of becoming what she is today.

I didn't like this one as well as the first volume. I guess I'm not as in to the group being crime busters instead of singers. There was more info on the pasts of Valerie and Melody and the relationship between Alex and Alexandra. Who knows what comes next.

Written by Emma, a French blogger about women and the roles placed upon them in society and when I say roles, women are pretty much responsible for every role in society. I like the way the book reads and feels. Emma, is a true feminist and this a good thing and I will read more of her work.

Rosemary is an excellent author and she does know her stuff. I have taken a class from her and I have great admiration for her. The information I was looking for on dreams and astral planes was not detailed enough.
