Important Note about Reservations
MAIN LIBRARY MEETING ROOM RESERVATIONS:
Patrons may reserve rooms for up to 3 months in advance, and are limited to one reservation per month. Please note that you will not see any room availability if you set the date beyond this point. When making reservations, make sure to factor in setup and teardown times to allow yourself time prior to your desired start time and cleanup times.
In addition, you must contact us to make a reservation with less than 24 hours notice. Same-day requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
The main branch's Art Gallery, which can be divided into two smaller rooms, can be scheduled before 5 pm and weekends. After the 10th of each month the room can be scheduled after 5 pm through the end of the month; schedule this directly with Ken.
The main library branch also has two individual study pods. These are available for two-hour sessions, requested in person, on a first-come first-served basis only.

OSAGE COUNTY RESERVATIONS:
There are two rooms that can be reserved at the Osage County Branch. For events at the Branch, contact Sarah at 573-897-2951 or falters@mrrl.org.

As the library is a governmental entity, it is subject to Sunshine Law requests, including security camera footage of any meetings/events that take place in the library.
