Event Description
The meeting is a gathering of the members of the Board of Directors of the Missouri Alliance for Arts Education, a non-profit statewide arts service organization in support of arts education. The Board of Directors gathers three times per year. The organization last used space at your location in January of 2020. We have been meeting remotely via ZOOM since that time. We are hoping to resume in-person/hybrid meetings January 8, 2022. The use of the meeting space begins at 8:30am with setup. 9am for the executive committee/breakfast, 10am for the full Board of Directors meeting, a break for lunch around noon, and conclusion before 2:30pm. Cleanup may take up to 30 additional minutes. If we need to adjust the time frame for this event, we will be happy to work with library staff.
