Five kids are sentenced to a day of community service on their last day of summer vacation before high school. They are spending the day helping out at a local nursing home. Jason "the nobody", Lilith "the drama queen", Rex "the rebel", Wes "the flirt", Ally "the athlete", and Rex "the rebel" are all more than their labels as we find out throughout the day. 

This is a homage to The Breakfast Club, which was one of my favorite movies growing up. I loved the different kids and how they each reacted in their own way to the residents of the nursing home. I also liked the fact that we don't learn what they did to deserve detention until almost the end. That gave us a chance to get to know them without being influenced by their crimes.
