The Osage County Branch Art Gallery is a large multipurpose room, located in the back of the Library.
Room Reservation Rules
Reservations may be made online using the Reserve A Room form or by telephone; however, an application must be filled out completely and on file prior to use of the room. The individual initiating the request must be 18 years of age, and will be considered the official representative of the group and will assume responsibility of communicating meeting room regulations to the group. Meetings and programs must be free and open to the public, except meetings legitimately closed per state statue. No charges, fees, collections or solicitations are allowed on Library property. The Library reserves the right to approve or disapprove any application. In the event of an emergency, the Library Director reserves the right to cancel meeting room reservations. In the event of severe weather conditions, groups will not be notified, groups will need to check the Library's website for closing announcements.
Equipment
There are tables and chairs available for this room. Groups are responsible for their own arrangement. The Library will not provide audio/visual equipment to outside groups. The only exception is groups may use the projector screen located in the Art Gallery. Groups may use their own audio/visual equipment and are responsible for their own technical support.
Seating
Tables and chairs for this meeting room are available upon request. Groups are responsible for set-up and clean-up and must return all furniture to the rear storage area. There are 40 chairs and 6 tables available for this room.
