Oh how I love this series!

Ben just broke up with his boyfriend and is taking a box of his things to the post office. Arthur is in NY for the summer interning at his mom's law firm. They meet at the post office and sparks fly, but then they get separated. Are they meant to be? Will the universe give them a chance?

Mia is on a mission to save her sister. To do that she has to bring back valuable tech from Gaia, a new world that has opened up because of a message from an alien race. Mia runs into Jules on Gaia and they decide to team up after he promises her tech no one knows about. Jules is the son of the man that decoded the message from the Undying and the man who ruined his career trying to convince people the message was dangerous. Jules and Mia are off to a temple no one really knows about but they are not alone. They come under the power of a group of mercenaries who also want the tech.

The fae world below has been taken over by an evil queen. The human childe changling has escaped to the surface to find the fey who replaced him. Edmond is just trying to live a normal life despite his growing magic. He is not thrilled when the changling appears. When they are attacked by the evil queen's minions, he agrees to help take back the court. They are followed below by their human sister and assisted by the golem Whick. 

The king and queen are on a hunt to find a bride for Prince Sebastian. Prince Sebastian isn't interested in that; he has found a new seamstress, Frances, and together they make magic. Sebastian's secret is that he likes to dress up in girl clothes. With Frances's designs he can finally go out on the town as Lady Crystallia. Lady Crystallia becomes the toast of the town, but of course that cannot last. 

Delilah Dirk is back for another adventure. She and Selim meet the Dutchman while in Turkey. He convinces Delilah to let him come along on their adventures as they search for the mythical Third Pillar of Hercules. The Dutchman, Laurens von Hassel, is also a journalist and records Delilah's adventures. Of course he then publishes the stories in his newspaper. Delilah Dirk becomes even more notorious then she already is. 

Mr. Baker's 8th grade class is headed to Carlsbad Caverns for a field trip. Some of the students are more enthusiastic than others about the trip. Eric isn't thrilled that his mom is the chaperone. Silvia has panic attacks and is worried about one coming on when they are underground. They are exploring deep in the cave system when an earthquake hits. Mr. Baker is swept away and the rest of the class falls into an underground river. Eric is able to get to shore, but the rest end up at a huge lake. As they try to find each other and the way out, they discover they are not alone. 

Vera really wants to fit in with all the other girls at school. Unfortunately, she never has the right "stuff". Even when she tries to have a birthday sleepover things don't go right. So when she finds out there is a camp for Russian kids during the summer she is excited. Finally she can be like the other girls and go to camp. Things aren't any different at camp unfortunately. She is still unpopular and doesn't fit in. 

Maika and Kipp have reached what they hoped was a sanctuary, but war is still following close on their heels. It doesn't look like anyone can sit out this conflict or remain unscathed. 

Poe has been hidden his entire life. He was born with feathers and his adoptive father has tried to protect him. Poe doesn't want to be protected. He wants to be the protector. So he sneaks out during the day when he is supposed to be hidden. He tries to help the people of the maze where he lives, especially the street children called mice. 

Zelie Adebola is an diviner destined to become a maji like her mother. However, King Saran of Orisha found a way to destroy magic and murdered all the maji. The young diviners no longer become magi when they reach maturity. There is no longer magic in the world. There are no Reapers like Zelie's mother who control the dead. There are no tiders to control the water or burners to control fire. There are also no healers or any of the other 10 clans connected to the gods of Orisha. That doesn't mean they aren't oppressed and enslaved by Saran's regime.

Heathen tells the story of Aydis, a Viking warrior banished from her clan for kissing a girl. She goes on a quest to free Brynhild, a Valkyrie imprisoned by Odin. Only the warrior worthy of her can cross the flames and free her. Aydis is a worthy warrior, but freeing Brynhild is not the end of her adventures. This was a fantastic adventure story set in the Viking world. Aydis is an awesome hero and I can't wait to read more of her adventures.

Dimple has her life planned out. She is going to attend Insomniacom for the summer, have her app developed, meet her idol Jenny Lin and go on to Stanford in the fall. There are no plans for romance or boys in this equation. Rishi is at Insomniacom for one reason...to meet Dimple. Their parents have arranged for them to be married and Rishi is very excited to meet his future wife and is already half way in love with her. Of course things do not go as planned when they are introduced, but because they are paired for the competition they are given the chance to get to know each other.

The yetis have been kicked out of their treehouse by the sasquatch. The Lumberjanes decide the best way to settle the issue is with roller derby of course! And isn't it convenient that there just happens to be a course in the woods. So it is Lumberjanes vs. Sasquatch!

Hazel and Mari meet in school in 1963. From the very beginning Hazel knows she loves Mari, but she doesn't act on it. Hazel and Mari are best friends throughout middle and high school until one day in they act on their attraction. Of course there are disastrous consequences and Mari is sent away. Both marry and have families and it is not until 30 years later that they are reunited. This time they are not going to let anything stand in their way. It takes time for their families to accept them, but love does find a way.
