Boetema is fed up with her parents. They have just moved to a new city after her it was revealed her father kind of made up his skill set. But instead of finding work in this new city the parents take off to become salt farmers in the desert leaving Boetema and her brother Inotu own their own. When Inotu gets in trouble with the authorities, they too escape to the desert. At the same time, Boetema is having strange dreams of other worlds and learns that she can astral project.

A year has passed, and the crew has separated. Catrin follows a signal that will lead her to a reunion and a chance to take the battle to Earth.

A fitting end to the story arc, but wrapped up oh so quickly. It still packs plenty of emotional punch, though, and the art is wonderful.

It's time for Uma and crew to blow off some steam. Unfortunately, the universe has other plans. The characters and plot grow in this second volume, slamming through odd alien encounters and personal revelations, ending on a great cliffhanger.

Uma wants off this oppressive Earth, so joining forces with her friend, Dewydd, the teens steal a ship and head for space. Catrin, a guard who was chasing them, is aboard when they leave, and soon the three are on the run from the World Government Alliance.

This opening volume is more setup than anything else. The art and writing is compared to Saga with good reason, but it's the adventure to come that makes me want to read the next volume.

Veteran starliner pilot Priscilla Hutchins is taking the chance to be part of a first-contact mission, despite the efforts of the government to stop it. The team had to leave before fully prepared, and judging by the age of the alien transmission that triggered the mission, there is no guarantee they will find anything when they arrive. The mission will test the team in ways they didn't anticipate.

We have finally reached Immortality along with a Governmental Utopia. Everything is perfect and when someone gets deathly hurt they are just sent off to a recovery center to heal and be fine within a few days. But what about the population problem? If everyone is immortal then the world would be overpopulated in no time. In come the Scythes, these are humans who's job is to kill a certain amount of people each month. They have specific rules to follow but some see these as minor guidelines.

Duncan is the third clone of the founder of the Titan colony. The first generation, Malcolm, discovered a genetic defect that made it impossible for him to produce heirs. Thus every generation a new clone is created to carry on the family line and keep control of Titan. Duncan is being sent back to earth for the 500th anniversary of the American independence and of course to create his own clone replacement. He hopes to reconnect with a woman, Calindy, he met on Titan many years ago and to solve the mystery of what happened to his friend Karl when Calindy left.
