The Missouri River Regional Library is hosting a series of September book discussions on This Place of Promise: A Historian's Perspective on 200 Years of Missouri History, the 2022 Capital READ.

Reading Heroes is a program providing one-on-one reading enrichment sessions for kids who've completed grades K-2.  These sessions are led by a retired reading teacher and are available in half hour increments from 2:00 - 5:30 p.m.

Meet and create with other art-loving teens at Art Club! We'll be mixing up open creation time (with supplies provided) with guided tutorials to help you learn new techniques. 

For ages 5-12. No reservations needed. An hour of free-building LEGO fun featuring a large variety of base blocks, specialty pieces, and mini-figures.

Have you ever been interested in homesteading? Do you want to reduce the amount of chemicals in your home and food? Are you trying to go plastic free?

The book we'll be discussing in September is Aurora Rising by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff.                         

The new Adult Art Club is for anyone who just wants to enjoy some art projects with others. The library will provide some assorted supplies that everyone is welcome to use.
