Shannon Yokley, marketing specialist for the Missouri Wine and Grape Board, will present a Wine 101 class and discuss what's new and exciting in the state's wine industry. The program will feature a tasting of five wines and some food pairings that demonstrate flavor profiles and differences. Registration is required for this program.
