First Friday Film: Big Night (CANCELLED)

Called a treat for food lovers and movie lovers, this film tells the story of two brothers whose struggling Italian restaurant is near bankruptcy. They risk everything on one "big night" that will make or break them. It's a small, perfect immigrant film, set in 1950s New Jersey, about working to achieve the America Dream. The all-star cast includes Stanley Tucci, Isabella Rossellini, Tony Shalhoub, Ian Holm, Minnie Driver, and Campbell Scott. Tucci and Scott co-directed the film, which won a best screenplay award at Sundance.
