Virtual Meeting Rooms Available at Missouri River Regional Library

Missouri River Regional Library has created a virtual meeting room that is available for use in Cole and Osage County. Virtual rooms are available to community groups, non-profits, and businesses, and are hosted on the Zoom platform.  By scheduling your meeting through the Library, community members will have an unlimited amount of time for meetings and up to 300 attendees!

All meetings should be scheduled at least one business day in advance (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm).  A library staff member will NOT be available to attend your meeting, so you must be comfortable with Zoom and the virtual platform.

“The way that the world meets has changed over the last year, and we are hoping this service will help organizations and businesses in the community continue to meet without the barrier of the cost of virtual meeting services,” says Natalie Newville, Marketing and Community Engagement Manager. “We’ve worked hard at the library to identify gaps and fill them, and this is one way we hope to be able to support Cole and Osage County.”

 Reserve your virtual room.
