Halloween at the Library!
The weather has finally cooled off, pumpkin spice is officially in everything, and Halloween is quickly approaching! We don’t know about you, but this is one of our favorite seasons, and we are celebrating all month long at both branches! Make plans to attend one (or all!) of our programming, and be sure to check out your favorite Halloween-inspired film or book!

Readers Theatre Fundraiser
The Missouri River Regional Library Foundation in Jefferson City would like to take you back to a time when life seemed pretty simple for those growing up! Years when the entire family would gather around the radio in the living room every night. Join us for a series of four live old-time era performances just the way you would have heard them on the radio from the 1930s and 1940s.
Reader's Theatre performances will be Friday, October 5th and Saturday, October 6th. Doors open at 6:30pm both nights with performances beginning at 7:00pm. Missouri wines and desserts will be served, as well as a chance to win a door prize!
Tickets are $15 in advance, or $18 at the door, and may be purchased online or at the Library.
This year's performances include: Three Skeleton Key, Sorry, Wrong Number, Our Miss Brooks, and Agatha Christie's Hercule Poirot.
