Yoga at MRRL

Yoga StretchEvery Thursday morning, from 9am to 10am, a group of people meet in the library's art gallery to start their day off with some light yoga exercises. You can join them - drop-ins are very welcome - any time! Bring whatever yoga equipment (mats, towels, etc.) if you have one, but they are not required. The class is led by different local yoga instructors each week and is a great way to get some exercise for your body before exercising your mind with our materials!
