War of the Worlds and the Lost World come to the Library

On Friday, October 2 and Saturday, October 3 at 7:30pm, the classics "War of the Worlds" and "The Lost World" will be performed as a Readers' Theatre Production. Mark Wegman is returning as the director (for those of you who saw the previous two Readers' Theatre productions, you know he does a great job) and the tickets are already on sale - $10.00 each (for ages 10 and up) - at the library. This production is the perfect double bill for a cool night in October - the night will open with an "eyewitness report" of an invasion from Mars; a run through of the Mercury Theatre's radio production of "War of the Worlds". Following that will be John De Lancie and Nat Segaloff's humorous take on Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's "The Lost World".

You can reserve tickets or get more information by calling 634-6064 ext. 239.
