JEFFERSON CITY – Missouri River Regional Library’s 14th Annual Mid-Missouri Storytelling Festival kicks off today and runs through Saturday.
Today and Friday, storytellers will go to 30 Cole County schools and three retirement centers. On Friday and Saturday storytelling concerts will be held for the general public.
The first concert will be for adults at 7:30 p.m. Friday at the Missouri River Regional Library Art Gallery.
On Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Missouri River Regional Library and at the Osage County Library, Linn, family storytelling concerts will be held for people of all ages.

WHEN: Adult Concert in Jefferson City, 7 p.m., Friday April 27; Family Concert in Jefferson City and Linn, 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 28.
