Public Information Coordinator

Missouri River Regional Library has a full-time opportunity to coordinate public information activities. Will build public awareness of library services; responsible for design, composition & production of print, electronic media advertising & informational materials including posters, publications, forms, press releases, social media , e-newsletters & mailings. Will assist at Library events & Library Foundation activities, some evening & weekend hours required. Must have excellent writing and public speaking abilities; excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff & public; work experience with Microsoft products, InDesign and Adobe; previous work experience in public relations. Able to conceptualize projects, work independently and is self-directed. Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations or related field preferred. Excellent benefit program.
